When you're a large bhakoru, there's really not that much you can do to make yourself look, well...pretty and feminine. Sedona would look at the others, thinner built than herself, and sigh. She'd look at other species and love their long, flowing manes, admire the ribbons tied on their tails, and want to have for herself the pretty things they wore. Even though she didn't look anything like the ones she so admired, she still tried to imitate their styles, at least what she could manage with her bulk. She loved to wear long, flowing scarves around her scaly neck. Sometimes she'd even attach ribbons or flowers to her head crest. Jewelry was a favorite too, especially anklets or scarves tied around her ankles. Once in a while, she would even try makeup, with mixed results. Some of the other bhakoru looked at her strangely, but most days she couldn't care less. Wearing pretty things just made her feel more confident and more herself. Most of the bhakoru just lived life as they were made - no special accessories or anything. Not Sedona. She might be a large, dinosaur-like creature, but she was set on being a lovely one!
