김종현, kim jonghyun, was a singer-songwriter, producer, author and radio host. born on april 8th of 1990, he was a resident of seoul, south korea.
he always loved music, and dropped out of school in his 10th year to pursue his dreams. he later went to university and received his master's degree in film and musical studies.
jonghyun was scouted by sm entertainment when he was 15 years old, performing with his band at a school festival. he trained for several years, and debuted as a member of the band shinee on may 25th in 2008.
