"Hi, there! I'm Blitzø! The "o" is silent, and I'm the founder of I.M.P!"

Blitzø was born to Cash Buckzo and an unnamed female imp, alongside his twin sister named Barbie Wire. Growing up, he worked in the family's circus ran by his father and ringleader. Blitzø's father had gotten Blitzø to do something which the young boy found morally wrong, for no other reason than greed. His relationship with his mother was presumably positive, as Cash exploited his care for her to manipulate his son.

In the circus, he performed with another imp child named Fizzarolli in a shared act. Despite enjoying working in the circus and his friendship with Fizzarolli, he hoped one day he would become famous enough and run his own circus; at the same time, however, he felt obligated to work to support his family, especially his mother.

During one performance, Blitzø's act caught the attention of a Goetiec Prince named Stolas, who was instantly smitten with the imp. Stolas' father, Paimon, then negotiated a deal with Cash to arrange a playdate for Blitzø and Stolas, but before trading his son to Paimon, Cash instructed Blitzø to rob from the Goetia household, reminding Blitzø of his loyalty to his family. While initially bored with Stolas in the mansion, Blitzø suggested they play a game of "pirates", which involved gathering all the most valuable items in the house. Blitzø then amassed a bag of treasure and tossed it to his father as he was hiding outside, before returning to Stolas. Outside the mansion, Blitzø inquired about Stolas' grimoire, to which Stolas explained it was for his duties and expressed his dream to join the Goetia family. Blitzø revealed to Stolas his dream was to run his own circus, and joked that one day he would hire Stolas to be part of it.

Blitzø continued to work at the circus along with his family, and his friend Fizzarolli, but Blitzø envied the admiration that Fizzarolli received for his talents, from both circus folk and those visiting the circus.

Blitzø and Fizzarolli went to a Mammon concert that turned out to be an advertisement for a clown job. After the concert, Blitzø comforts Fizzarolli when he begins to doubt his talents because of a crazy fans words.

Fifteen years before the events of "Oops", Blitzø intended to give Fizzarolli a flower and letter sealed with a heart for his birthday, but seeing the admiration his father gave Fizzarolli, an ashamed and jealous Blitzø stormed off crying and shoved into someone who dropped a cake, which candles lit the tent on fire. Blitzø, now outside the tent, stood in horror as the fire quickly spread across the entire circus before a sudden explosion of fireworks from the tent hit Blitzø and burned the right side of his face. Amongst the ruins of the still burning tent, an injured Blitzø saw a now heavily injured and burning Fizzarolli, who desperately reached out to him for help. In a panic, Blitzø left Fizzarolli behind in order to find help, but stopped as he saw his family's tent ablaze and rushed to help his mother as the rest of the circus continued to burn.

Blitzø attempted to visit Fizzarolli several times after the fire but was turned away by Fizzarolli's associates, who told Blitzø that Fizzarolli did not what to see him, and they never told Fizzarolli that he tried to visit, leading them to not speak to or see each other again, which soured their relationship over time.

In adulthood, Blitzø worked as a clown at Loo Loo Land who gave out balloons to children and performed a show routine with jokes. It is known that Blitzø came to hate that job and was an unpopular act. He also hated Robo Fizz for being modeled after Fizzarolli, whom he considered a "slutty toy clown".

Eventually, Blitzø quit Loo Loo Land and went out on his own; in an attempt to separate himself from his past, he began insisting the "o" in his name was silent and started going by the shortened "Blitz".

Sometime in his life before the start of the series, he and Verosika Mayday entered a romantic relationship. The relationship was presumably tense and quickly ended after Blitzø stole her car and credit card, went to Mammon and used her money for horse-riding lessons.

4-5 years before the start of the series, Blitzø adopted a hellhound from the Hellhound Adoption Center named Loona as his daughter.

At some point for reasons unexplained, Blitzø was imprisoned in the Greed Ring. His cellmate was Moxxie, who presumably aided in Blitzø's already-formed escape plan, which possibly involved shooting up an office.

At some point before the start of the series, Blitzø got the idea to start a freelance assassination business, which began as an operation in Hell.

Some time later, during a party, Blitzø attempted to break into Stolas' mansion to steal the Goetic Prince's grimoire in order to obtain access to the living world. Blitzø was found and captured, but at the request of Stolas was granted an audience with the Prince in his room. Blitzø exploited his previous relationship with Stolas to seduce him and escaped with the grimoire the next morning.

Using the grimoire he had stolen from Stolas, Blitzø went on to formally establish a business of killing humans on Earth called Immediate Murder Professionals, and hired Moxxie and another imp as assassins along with his own daughter to work as the company's receptionist.

Blitzø is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. He is high energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve.

He is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite his enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position his species is assigned in Hell. He is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods.

Despite his status as his company's sole director, he can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for him.

He is also willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways, sleeping with the married Stolas, initially in order to "borrow" his grimoire, the key element allowing him and his employees to fulfil contracts to assassinate people on Earth.

Underneath Blitzø's powerful drive to succeed at all costs, however, is an emotionally troubled imp, one who is dealing with the repercussions of a checkered past, that has left many people he once knew, and is implied to have cared for, hurt and actively bitter towards him. Deep down, covered by his bluster, Blitzø is haunted by these ghosts and makes a habit of running from, rather than facing, his current problems in reaction.

He struggles with genuine emotional connection, and appears to crave the idealized healthy relationship dynamics of his married employees, Moxxie and Millie, who he regularly spies on while they're in private, as well as the affection of his surly adoptive daughter, Loona.

Blitzø is slightly more at home and focused when on the ground on assassination missions, as he is murder-savvy and can be gleefully sadistic with his targets, having minimal restraint in the more brutal killings. When push comes to shove in high danger and combative situations, Blitzø is also fiercely protective of his friends and family.

Abilities

❖ Animalistic noises - Blitzø has been shown to be able to purr like a cat, being displayed during the two times he is in Moxxie and Millie's bedroom, once in "The Harvest Moon Festival" and once in the non-canon Helluva Boss pilot. Blitzø has also displayed being able to hiss like a snake and cat shown when he was being possessive of Uggie in "Seeing Stars".

❖ Earthly fire resistance - Blitzø, seemingly like the rest of his species, can not be harmed by human world fires, declaring "that's not how it works", when a human attempts to set him, along with Millie, ablaze.

❖ Prehensile tail - He is shown to be able to support his entire body by hanging himself upside down by his tail as a kid in "The Circus".

❖ Weapon proficiency - Blitzø is a sharpshooter and extremely proficient with a variety of weapons. He favors firearms and is often shown brandishing his personal golden percussion pistol.

❖ Disguise - Blitzø, alongside Millie and Moxxie, have a wide variety of costumes they can use to blend into the human world.
