Legend say that the pale horse is greatly to be feared, their black soulless eyes hide malice and deceit. Beautiful stallions are mares with long flowing manes that blow free in the wind show just enough caution to seem docile, to make you believe they want to be tamed, that they long to be touched. Do not be fooled by their cunning ways. The horses you see are not what they seem, they are foul creatures that crave the taste of flesh, they are Kelpies.

They lure you onto their backs and then you're trapped, their adhesive skin secures you in place as they gallop full speed to the rivers and lakes where they live and feed. They dive into the frigid waters and swim deep. They swim until the air leaves your lungs and your body goes limp, that is how they hunt. That is why we fear the DEPTHS.
