The Scholar">Born at the same time as The Doe, Serephelia wandered the cold region of the North for may years, venturing down to the warmer climate when it was time to breathe on the plants and houses to coat them in frost, to bring the winter chill. When she moved through The Doe's forest she stumbled upon the creature herself. The Montre found that they were two sides of the same coin. In the spring, The Doe would breathe upon the flowers and awaken them from the winter slumber she cast.
Now, when winter time comes, Serephelia leaves the forest and wanders, casting everything in snow. When she does not have this duty, she reads the many books humans have written, and the many more written by those of the forest. With this knowledge and the cunning invested in her character, she is the judge of cases that are not deemed extreme enough to be presided over by The Doe.
