Eccentric.Dichotomous.Elusive

Embee is an unusual little thing making her home in the mountains of Alaska. From the first time she left pavement as a child, she has had a fixation on nature that has endured throughout her entire life. Her friends know her to be a strange exercise in confliction; she is a shy exhibitionist, a serious comedian, both social and reclusive, brutally honest but uncommonly kind.

This interesting character's hobbies include mycology, herbology, fishing, sewing, vegetable gardening, and cooking. She loves to learn how to rely on locally acquired resources and has a wealth of books and other media dedicated to the understanding of the environment around her, including medicinal qualities of wild plants that grow in her area and how to use them. She is a great terraccoon to have around when camping, hiking, or experiencing a zombie apocalypse.

She has come to accept that she will inevitably and invariably become known as the crazy old witch that lives in the woods. This may have something to do with the fact that it's true. As long as nobody burns her at the stake for brewing teas, mixing syrups, and maybe having a deck or two of particularly colorful cards, all will be well.
