The werelit were constructed to be loyal, hypnotic, and deadly. Each was created through magic and misfortune by a very powerful sorceress. They're each unique and different but all were designed, trained, and share the same ability to create blinding orbs to distract and hypnotize their prey.

When together at the same time they're quite formidable. The loyal familiars have a limited ability to communicate telepathically with one another and with their mistress. Despite the reputation sorcerers have for being impetuous and ruthless none of her creations ever suffered ill from the changes she wrought on them when they were pups and kits. Each were raised with the utmost regard. They never knew any life but the one she gave them. Now they'd do anything for her without hesitation.

Wrassa is the sorceress' favorite because of the creature's ability to intuit how to handle the unusual and dangerous situations that arise due to her livelihood. Wrassa has scales and hard, armor-like skin, is shaped like a canine with dragon characteristics, and has a mane of blue-green spikes. They also help keep an eye on the Bespelled.
