Loki never talks about his personal life or his history, perhaps this is due to the fact he had a bad childhood or because he's a Federal agent hunting his childhood friends. From a distance he gives off the sexy dark mysterious aura until he opens his mouth and reveals he is a narcissistic pervert who makes blatant sexual comments at every opportunity. He is overly affectionate and enjoys touching others inappropriately solely for the amusement of their reaction. He doesn`t bother to remember proper English and thus he speaks in Franglais (French version of Engrish). He hates wearing clothing so in most cases he just wears an open dress shirt and dress pants. When indoors he sees no reason to remain clothed and will strip at any given chance. To further feed his narcissism Loki is quite the ladies man and is more then happy to appease them with flattery, caresses and at times a lily.

Loki can usually be found in the club called Ragnarok. Loki has taken a liking to hanging around Bapho`s club as he finds much amusement in poking fun at the goat`s virginity. He finds Bapho somewhat attractive and doesn`t understand how he can tolerate being around Garm who he openly refers to as a mutt, mongrel or other lowly dog remarks as well as making comments about the Hell hound's lack of intelligence. Over time he has come to label the duo as 'friends' but whether he actually feels this way is unknown.

Being the reincarnation of the Mythical God Loki he has the unique ability to be able to shape shift. When not in his human form he is commonly seen in the form of a brown maine coon cat.
