People see a bright flash of light when they are about to enter the next world, this is because of the lanterns that soul reapers carry. The lantern contains a collection of souls, and it glows brighter when more souls are captured. Cire is a long time soul reaper, but a very inadequate one at that as her lantern only gives out a very faint glow.

Having never experienced love or separation herself, Cire is always curious when it comes to couples that sacrificed themselves for each other. Unlike the other reapers, she ask the dying to narrate the story of them and their lover in exchange for another chance at life. Cire treats every opportunity as a chance for another story, which she collects in one of the notebooks inside her blackhole of a sleeve pocket.

Standing at a over-towering height of 4"10', Cire would get majorly annoyed when people say something relating to her size. After all, she is over thousands of years old, yet her face hasn't aged a day over fifteen. She knows how to work this to her advantage though, putting on an innocent face when wondering around the human world.
