Heigar was the most playful out of all the cybills in Arctic Frost. He always had the brightest smile, his feathers so nice and bright, his hat so comfy cozy, and a kindness so big every subetan and human who lived there called him "The Bright One". Heigar always had a great time in Arctic Frost and his heart never grew heavy with despair. However, this one day he didn't have anything in the house to give out to anyone, and that put him into a state of sadness because without anything to give out to the others, they would have a hard time getting through the bitter and cold Winter.
