At first glance, Rajanti is your average friendly kebab van owner (it's not much a van as it is an RV, but hey, who can argue with beef on a stick?). But when you look closer, he's just a kebab van owner who gets blue eyeshadow all over the damn place.

Or if you know what to look for, he's an alien.

The second observation would be the most accurate one.

Rajanti hails from a distant planet, a planet he only refers to as 'where I come from'. In his native language, 'where I come from' is directly translated to 'Nayati', the planet's name. Nayati is inhabited by Endeavor-like creatures, and Rajanti is one of those creatures. Rajanti's species is a very philosophical one, with beliefs encompassing every subject from the order of the stars to other planets, which they are very aware of. They don't have a story for one single thing...

The women.

The women of Rajanti's species are extremely beautiful, though they are as dangerous as they are alluring. They eat the men after the men have fertilized their eggs for reasons unknown to either gender. The urge just comes up and--bamf, no more husband. The women are usually quite kind, though they're dying off quickly. The women's life-spans are much shorter than the men's (100 years versus 500-600 years is much, much shorter) and frankly, lots of the men are having second thoughts about mating with women.

Rajanti ran away from Nayati with his brother, Vuqos for fear that they would be kidnapped to engage in coitus with the more forward women. They left and flew to Earth, where they would be safe. They were at first surprised by all the strange fumes and the people, but they eventually learned to blend in in body and spirit, save for their weird blushes.

Vuqos made a lot of money by posing as a dying rich man's son and Rajanti makes enough to live by working as a kebab van owner. His kebabs are well-known and he does extremely well, though he doesn't know many human emotions.

Like love. Love was usually looked down upon in his society.

Rajanti still is quite unfamiliar with 'love', though he has learned that it is an emotion that causes butterflies to take refuge in a human's stomach. Rajanti likes butterflies, though he doesn't like them in his stomach.
