• Hailes from Lavender town, although due to a fear of ghosts, she got out of there asap.
• Is also afraid of heights, so does not own any Pokemon that know the move fly.
• Loves to eat.
• Overcompensates for phobias by trying to act nonchalant in other potentially dangerous or life-threatening situations.
• When she was younger, she liked to collect pretty rocks and stones. After amassing a large collection throughout the years, she found out that several of them were actually stones used in certain Pokemon evolutions.

Evelyn was orphaned as an vulpix and found by Mr. Fuji, who brought her to his Lavender Volunteer Pokémon House; a shelter for abandoned Pokemon. Being too young to be eligible for training (and too scared to go anywhere else!), Lula oftentimes visited the shelter to play with the Pokemon residing there. She enjoyed the company of them all and gave them each nicknames, though they were never considered official. Evelyn, of course, was no exception. They immediately bonded upon introduction, and grew fonder of the other with each passing day, however being a "shiny" Pokemon, Evelyn was constantly being fawned over by passerbys hoping to take her home. This prompted Lula to visit earlier each day, in the morning, to spend time with her when no one else was around. One morning, however, she was informed that Evelyn had been adopted the previous night, much to her dismay. Although she was heartbroken, Lula continued to visit. Upon arriving one day, she noticed Evelyn had returned, and soon found out her and her new owner did not get along too well due to Evelyn constantly torching prized and expensive possessions. From that point on, Evelyn readily ignored everyone when Lula was around, and was given to her by Mr. Fuji on Lula's tenth birthday, along with a friendball to catch her with should she choose to. Caught without much of a struggle, Lula officially named her Evelyn.Attacks: Nasty Plot, Return, Flamethrower, Overheat
• Evelyn doesn't like being in her pokeball, so she's usually not.
• Lula wears her pokeball (which is actually a friendball) on a red string around her neck.
• Lula's primary mode of transportation is walking, so she tends to pawn her supply bag onto Evelyn.
• Evolved (age 11) when she accidentally tumbled into Lula's "rock collection". This is how they both found out there were random evolution stones in there.

Lula was sent to Azalea town (via the magnet train in a neighboring city, of course) on an errand by her mother, to pick up a custom order of Pokeballs from Kurt.
