    Bentley is an ancient, enigmatic being who has lived many separate lives, this time being reincarnated as a Galactic Charlie. Some speculate he did not originate in Subeta, but belongs to a lost order from a separate reality.

    Most unusually, the scar on his leg, an easily recognizable trait of the species, is shaped and colored like a thunderbolt.

    Indeed, he is blessed with an assortment of weather-related abilities, especially those that deal with thunder and air; though he can also control rainclouds and summon snowfall to a minimal extent.

    Whenever or however he arrived in this reality, Bentley appears to have allied himself with S.E.A., the Subeta Elemental Association; joining JinJinJin the Rriegn, Jeladenoir the Irion, Norca the Ontra, Cambell the Kora, AngelHeart the Ruffie, Alaister the Fester, Agan the Feli and Nyra the Lain in their mission to unlock the secrets of the elements.
