It is said that the first bubbly glass of the first champagne came from the unlikely hands of a pious monk. Alone in his tower, surrounded by religious tomes and heavy texts, the scholarly brother took his first sip, and soon his happy cries reverberated through the stone walls:

"Come quickly, I am drinking the stars!"

Unsurprisingly, he left his former life soon after, and devoted himself to the production and pleasure of his champagne. He was welcomed to every festivity in the land, and never failed to supply the bubbly nectar that the people had named after him.

It is said that when he died at last, a happy, rotund character surrounded by friends and romances, the stars took him in as their own, and the celebration continues among the constellations.
