History
Rio was created by a company called Riot-Tech, or more formally Riot Technologies. They were trying to genetically engineer a species built for fighting, but their experiment backfired when they tried to utilise dark matter in the process. Rio is the original experiment, and the original failure. He gained awareness before the experiment was completed, and caused a total power failure throughout the company's headquarters upon surging his new dark matter energy to escape their equipment. Rio proceeded to destroy most of their files and data in a violent rampage born of confusion, but since then it would seem they're trying to retrace their steps and try again. Rio fled the scene, and was eventually found by Daley, who welcomed him to her clan.
