Agoni was once much more than a beast...He had a wife, children, a family...a life where he was well off and happy. Then one night, a night that started out just like any other...It all went horribly wrong.
Agoni once lived in a bustling industrial town that was at the time growing quickly into a city. The industrial age had dawned and was shining at it's brightest and he owned his own business and was happy financially and with his relationship.
He was married to a beautiful woman named Clair and had two children a son and a daughter. His daughter, Emily was the youngest at four and his son James was eight.
He couldn't have been happier.
One night when he had gotten home late from work he came home to a massacre. His family had been not only murdered but torn asunder, there was blood everywhere. He refused to believe that they were dead and after collecting their pieces he put them back together and held them close, crying himself to sleep in his bed.
One of his neighbor's had been jealous of Agoni's beautiful wife and increasing fortune, while the neighbor himself seemed to suffer the worst of luck and his own business was going to fail. In an act of malice he had hired a murderer to kill them all.
Little did he know that he'd invited a monster.
The murder was a vampire and he had already had his eyes on Agoni before, but the neighbor had given him the opportunity he'd been waiting for.
He had a plan and had planted the seeds to make Agoni his own.
After murdering his wife and children he'd sprinkled on their bodies a chemical that he knew would cause temporary insanity in whomever would touch it and when Agoni had first laid finger on the broken bodies of his family the madness took over and he took them all to bed.
A caller in the morning, upon entering the house to inquire as to the whereabouts of Agoni, as he was needed for business, found him in that state and called the Magistrate who seized Agoni and arrested him as he kicked and screamed, but did not deny it.They charged him with murder and he was tortured horribly, loosing his mind for good until he was finally allowed to starve to death.His rest was brief. The vampire dug up his twisted body and mixing a strange concoction of blood and other things he brought Agoni gasping awake and forced him to drink.
He became the unwilling servant of his master.
After many years of resentment, hatred and an increasing madness and longing for his lost family he had finally ripped the bonds of the servant and turned on his master viciously.
It was a long fight and Agoni sustained many wounds, but he won.
As the last light left his master's eyes the vampire uttered a curse that Agoni would never rest and would constantly suffer from the vampires curse no matter how much he would drink.
His wounds would never heal and the thirst would always burn. If he stopped hunting and killing or tried to sleep then monsters would appear, torturing and tormenting him until he would rise again.He roams across the land, never resting, never healing and never able to stop killing. The memory of his lost loves echoing though his mind...
