A police drone primarily meant to serve as a visible deterrent for criminal activity, as no one really wants to find themselves being pursued by a 500 pound robotic dog that doesn't know the meaning of the word fear. Clipper was the first K-9 drone put into active duty, and she has a long track record of outstanding service in reducing the crime rate in the city she and her handler serve. Not everyone is happy with having her around, however. Outspoken critics frequently protest the presence of drones in public spaces, and worst yet are those members of the criminal faction that seek to either destroy or corrupt them. Only time will tell if the naysayers' fears will come true or not.
