I never was one for social events. Its not that I hate people, I'm just awkwardly shy, so I rarely talk to people I dont know. So I wasn't really surprised when I ended up in a deserted part of Shadowglen.
"Oh well, exploring to pass the time won't do any harm." I thought to myself and walked on. The grass and tree's weren't their usual bright green, but instead they were limp and grey in color. I already heard stories about the jungles down in the Southern parts of Shadowglen being off color, I just didn't realize it would look like this. I wasn't gonna let a few off colored plants deter my plan of exploring so I continued on.
After about 300 feet it was getting darker due to the trees being more dense and I stumbled due to a small hole in the ground. When I looked up I saw a small man made cave. My curiosity peeked its highest and I picked myself up off the ground and headed for the entrance, grabbing a stick along the way. "Hello?" I called, but only heard my own voice calling back to me. Shrugging it off, and assuming the cave was empty I ventured in. I eventually found some steps leading down, but wasn't sure where up went.
Once I reached the bottom of the stairs there was a beaten up wooden door covering the exit. Pushing it out the way it appeared I was in the middle of nowhere. Behind me nothing but open space, the same was in front, expect for an old house in the middle. The jungle was no where to be seen. "Must have walked farther than I thought." I said quietly to myself. Wondering for a second about the house. But it was late, and I was thirsty, maybe someone was there and wouldn't mind if I had a glass of water.
The house looked cozy, creepy, but cozy. I knocked on the door and it slowly crept open. I called out. Nothing. I called again. Again, nothing, so I let myself in. "I'll get a glass of water, and then be on my way." I thought to myself.
The walls of the house were covered in Quentin posters, and torn magazine pages that featured Quentin. There was what looked like 2 normal chairs, the rest were Quentin beanbags, plushies, and pillows. Coming from the one chair was a faint blue light. I assumed it was more Quentin stuff, but I wanted an closer inspection. Upon my surprise it was a Lily Companion Doll sitting there happily amongst all the Quentin things. I tried to look away to finish exploring, but I couldn't take my eyes off the doll.
Then suddenly from behind the door, I heard a voice asking, "Want to be by friend?"
