Jerum was a warrior-mage on her home world, flying from cloud to cloud on wings of flame. She stayed there, protecting her people until one day, another mage cast her in to the Void. That was where Zhaivde found her, and pulled her out of the dark in to her home on dark wings. Jerum stayed there, the first of the group that wandered to the shrine. She was just as much of a loner as Zhaivde was, but it worked for them. And when the others came, they fell in to the schedule just as well. It surprised and pleased Jerum, and she finally felt like she had a place to belong.
