Gorgeous Glittery Feather-Duster

Appearance
Zuse is a creature of elegance and glitter vanity. His build is lithe and muscular without being terribly bulky, measuring nine feet tall at the shoulder and nearly fifty feet in length. Nearly a third of that length is his long, slender tail which ends in a narrow, scythe-like blade made of bone covered in a metal sheath. His feathered wings span over eighty feet across when fully extended, designed more for speed and sharp turns than for extreme distance flying. His wedge shaped head is crowned with a crest of long peacock-like feathers that droops against his neck when he is resting, but spreads or fluffs out according to his moods whenever he is talking (examples: resting, curious/agitated, alarmed). A pair of opalescent horns sprout from the top of his head and curve around his face, ending in rounded tips. His eyes are pale icy blue with cat-like pupils. He scales are predominantly white in color with touches of pale silver along his back, all of which seem to shimmer faintly in the light. The feathers of his crest are iridescent silver with rounded white hexagon shaped 'eye spots'. Please refer to this reference image for the colors of his wings, his jewelry and a vague idea of his body markings. Artistic license is fully welcome when it comes to the markings on his back.

Personality
Zuse is essentially an oversized cat for the majority of the day. He is a very proud, fastidious individual that thinks very highly of himself. He is possessive of everything he considers his and jealously guards that which is important to him. Gregarious and cheerful he is a popular fixture wherever he goes, which just makes it easier for him to gather information and gossip that might be useful to him later, since he makes it a point to be well informed about current events. Those that know him on a deeper personal level know that he tends to be snarky, opinionated, cunning, hard to impress and occasionally prone to laziness. Those that know who he is at his very core also know that he is unquestionably loyal and true to his word. He just doesn't let many people get that far into his inner circle.
