"Young one?" a voice asked. Clio looked up from her glaring war with the rotten food in the garbage and saw a very interesting girl. She was barefoot with long orange hair, golden eyes, and she was walking the streets barefoot. The girl had a very strange smile, as if she didn't have a care in the world. Clio turned to her and tilted her head to the side. The girl laughed, it was a very bell like sound, tinkling lightly in the air, and then she scratched behind Clio's ears."Come with me." she said then, and turned to walk away. Clio watched her a moment and then sighed, deciding that even if the girl seemed a little crazy she would at least have a better place to stay than what Clio had found so far.Not even four blocks later the girl, without even breaking stride, bent and instantly scooped up a Devonti that was shivering in the rain. Clio rolled her eyes and continued to follow the girl. Maybe she had food and a bed.
