A born prince but a librarian and tinkerer at heart, things should have been simple for Aither, really. Sadly, the history of his bloodline was hardly kind to him, and misfortune found him in spades.
It was only the torment of Ishmael at first, even if that meant constantly being brought back to life after Ishmael's attacks, but now he himself seems to have fallen to the madness.
Only family and his library have his loyalty now, and time will tell if even that lasts.
