I have this idea of Repose being the tender of a garden that she shares with her community. It is a safe space where anyone can come and find peace, rest, and healing. She has experienced her own traumas and hardships and through her healing journey found nature and the feeling of safety and community to be the greatest treatments she could experience or offer.
I am a big fan of leaning into the meaning of a name for the character that blossoms forth. Her story would be shaped by the definitions "a state of tranquility" and "harmonious arrangement of colors and forms, providing a restful visual effect". The idea is that Posie shaped her garden purposefully, with intention and love. She dug into her own hurts and in it found soil from which healing could blossom, and she found purpose in sharing this feeling with others who are hurting and seeking replenishment, rest, and a safe harbor.
Her TC would focus on making her garden come to life, so beautiful plants and flowers, benches, stepping stones, etc. I like the idea of using the items to create a loose visual of her actual garden, so how the colors and shapes of the TC items are arranged would be based on this. I'd even aim to create a footpath through. Oh now I'm excited about this challenge!
