long ago a beast ravaged a kingdom. it tore apart their homes, doomed their dreams and the lives that remained in the kingdom had no reason to continue their existence. until one day a vibrant creature came and fought the beast. originally white and bright, the beasts had fought and the vicious one had tainted the new savior creature, turning the pure white of it black before fading off. however, knowing the beast had left its mark, the vibrant creature ducks away in a grove nearby, resting as it protected the dreams of the townsfolk. all year round townsfolk leave gifts and offerings for the creature, items of white and vibrant colourful nature in hopes that they will show their gratefulness for its help those many years ago and that the nature of the items will help ward off any remaining evil from nearing the creature. once a year a celebration is still held in its honour, the town decorated brightly to celebrate the day they were all freed from the beasts torment. hundreds of years later the creature still receives offerings from the remaining small town near its dormant form as the townsfolk await for the creatures awakening.
