Izengabe, as it became known, appeared from the frost and cold one day with little other fanfare or notice, to the degree that everyone expected it to just leave, as well. It's defied that expectation, though, along with most others, at least in the terms of decency.
To call Izen snappish and cold is an understatement. It's moods are unpredictable at best, it does not regret what it should, and it leaves most things unexplained and then seems offended when you don't get it. Most say it's trying to chase others off, and that could be true.
It does hold a few of those that persisted in high esteem, however, even if they don't seem to be exempt from it's moods. It can at least be bothered to regret the harm it causes them, however.
It's also worth noting that Izen has proved to be nearly indestructible. It can heal from almost anything if given time, it seems, and has been known to take advantage of this to purposely do bad ideas for kicks and giggles. It's become common for it to purposely provoke hopeless fights for the thrill of it, and it seems to be one of the few things it's outright positive about.
