History has its ups and downs, therefore there is always a person that can destroy what one creates. Kedar is one of the Wealve, ones who can cancel out Rune Magics of the Runedancers. Like the Rundancers, they were also thought of as a Lost Race.
Kedar doesnt know his potential. Yet bad things always seem to happen when he is around. Unable to hold onto a stable job, he wanders from town to town, village to village, taking on whatever odd jobs are available at the time. Simple things he can handle without it messing up. But his skills lie in dealing with horses. Bad tempered stallions, give him a few days and the horse will have calmed down. Jumpy mares, he will help them overcome their fears.
