At first glance, Khloee appears guileless and naive, a dainty delicate creature in either of her two forms. In truth, she is gentle enough in her human form, though her animal form is actually a predator, more akin to a feline than a rabbit, which her long ears might lead one to believe.

The daughter of workaholic wealthy parents, she lives in a small well kept apartment near her high school. Her parents send her enough to live and get by on but the sassy teen has a keen love of lolita and decora fashion so she supports her interest with subsidized dating (enjo kosai). She draws the line at sexual activity but allows men (and sometimes girls) to pay her for going on dates or escorting those who hire her to dinners or other such events. She'll even take money to hold someone's hand or pretend to be someone's girlfriend for their family and friends.

Khloee, being accustomed to spending time by herself as her parents were often away on business, is quite satisfied to be alone. However, her usual manner is outgoing and friendly but she only holds a few truly close friends. She's very good at talking others into doing things for her, though she'd never meaningful harm anyone or take advantage in a vicious manner.
