Puma was a child of three. His parents were to lazy to give them different names but added numbers. Because of this event and many others his parents threw on to him Puma ran away from home and started to learn to swim for the Navy. He hated the job but needed it so badly. There was a rumor that Puma was going to get fired from his job as a swimmer for the navy so he quickly took a months leave to "vacation" at the Omen Islands. While practicing his swimming he came to a mermaid called Merana. She told him of the wonders she could do for him for a small price. Puma raced all around the Omen Islands looking for little things to help make the potion. He returned to her and gave her the bits for the potion. She made the potion and he drank it. Puma felt sick and fell to sleep. Merana swam him to the surface and let him float to the islands. He laid on the beach for days when finally he woke up to a ship coming into the port. He felt different. He knew something had changed about him, but he didn't know what. He just wanted to swim and the moment his paws touched the wet oceans he loved it. It came naturally to him and he was a much better swimmer. His vacation was almost up when he got a letter from the navy telling him that he was fired due to his inability to swim. Some how Puma wasn't effected by this. He just swam around the islands. His jump now stands as the Hydra of the Omen Islands. He hides with Merana and scared tourists away.
