There you see it, slithering towards you like a shadowy snake. Though upon a closer glance, it was in fact a snake. It's body was looked distorted and almost as if it was created from a stringy black mass. It looked like a cobra, the hood stretching out as it reared up and towered over you.

Your legs feel paralyzed, you're to afraid to try to run again. It felt like you had been running for days from the creature, with dark blood oozing from its mouth. Beady white eyes stared into your soul, almost mesmerizing. It had you locked down and before you could even blink, it lunged at you, its jaws opening impossibly wide as it gobbled you up.
