an underground boxer from the SECOND NEGATIVE DIMENSION and a talented EYERTH channeler, xiuying is bold, brash, and trashes anyone who gets in her way. stubborn to a fault, she will train for hours without any regard to her overall health, refusing to eat or sleep until she attains her near-impossible goals. she becomes enraged when she doesn't get her way, and hundreds of walls have become puckered with fist-shaped holes by her hands over the years. because of her childishly wild nature, she is often mocked for her presumed lack of brainpower or her muscular, unfeminine figure - but only behind her back, for if she were to overhear such a conversation, those talking would be slammed into next week.

despite her rough exterior, however, she has a huge heart, with enough room in it to welcome anyone in need of a friend. fiercely loyal and a tad overprotective, she assigns herself the role of personal bodyguard to younger fighters who end up in the underground scene - especially homeless lgbtq+ kids, as she knows all too well the pain of being shunned out of a family and onto the streets. teaching them self-defense basics and the laws of the back alleys is one of her most cherished hobbies, although she would never admit to displaying such kindness and generosity; after all, the true heroes in her favorite boxing movies never take credit for their good deeds, so why bother seeking attention? she simply believes she must do good things for the hell of it, because the world needs a little less hell in it, and she would rather watch others reap the benefits than stand for a second in the spotlight - unless, of course, that spotlight is in the ring after a bloody, hard-earned victory.

she might be unwilling to draw attention to herself, but attention will soon come to her regardless of what she does... for xiuying is part of a greater plan, unbeknownst to her. perhaps, when her journey to save the multiverse comes to a close, she might just let herself take a small amount of credit.

SECOND NEGATIVE DIMENSION
the second negative dimension is part of a multiverse hierarchy; a dimension's place in the hierarchy seemingly affects its societal and economical growth through means beyond human understanding. due to its place in the hierarchy, the second negative dimension's society has both an unstable economy and ineffective political structure. the largest continent in the second negative dimension is harue, and its capital city is sareil.

EYERTH
considered to be the world's life source, eyerth is a particulate energy found throughout all dimensions. not all humans are capable of controlling eyerth, and some are more gifted with it than others. eyerth can be used to power technology, heal living creatures, and can be adapted into martial arts, among many other uses. societies have risen and fallen due to prejudices against those who do (or do not) control eyerth.
