I'm a big Neil Gaiman and Sandman fan, so when the cosplay contest came up, I knew I wanted to try my hand at Delirium (even though I'm still zombie-fied). She's neither here nor there, and as Delirium wanders through Delphi and the Fairgrounds she takes along new friends (and some she transformed into balloons) carelessly without any real aim.
