In Their Own Words: This is Mikuru Asahina in her time-traveling-battle-waitress-from-the-future costume used in the movie she and other characters from the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya made. In the movie, she shoots computer generated "lasers" from her eye, which was the inspiration behind the lightning bolt and star on her right eye.

In Their Own Words: Ash, played in rare style by Bruce Campbell, is the epitome of the unwitting/unwilling hero. Cast through time and reality by a bungled attempt to exorcise the monster that has killed his friends in the previous movie he finds himself in a zombie infested version of the dark ages. Armed only with his mouth, his oldsmobile, a chainsaw, a shotgun and a trunk full of books on how to make gunpowder he sets about wreaking havoc and saving the day.

In Their Own Words: Cosplay character: Elphaba form the musical Wicked. I used a few different references, but the one shown is the only one I kept. I chose her Elphie because 1) I'm still a zombie and thus have green skin and 2) I love the music! Pretty simple, as I had limited stuff to chose from.

In Their Own Words: Balthier of Final Fantasy XII just seemed really cool to me, one day, while looking at stuff on Youtube. I just fell in love with his roguish mannerisms, pretty firearms, and character design. <3 I've always been interested in steampunk-esque clothing.
I don't really have much to say about the cosplay, but I was EXTREMELY grateful for the recent Token Shop item, the glow ring set, which greatly improved my original HA! :D I'm truthfully not that much of a hardcore Final Fantasy fan, but people familiar with the game will hopefully interpret the seemingly random Snobun Figurine as a homage to Balthier's fellow sky pirate partner Fran.

In Their Own Words: BLU Tentaspy, a creation of the Team Fortress 2 fandom.
Original concept for Tentaspy came about when a certain part of the fandom decided "hey, let's combine TF2 and The Little Mermaid" and cast Spy as Ursula.
And thus, Tentaspy was born.
