In Their Own Words: This is Antimony - or Annie - the main protagonist of the wonderful webcomic Gunnerkrigg Court (http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/). The white fox is Reynardine, and City Face, the pigeon, is there as well. As for the ghosts... well, there are a lot of ghosts in this comic. Just read it, if you haven't done so yet. You won't regret it.

In Their Own Words: I am cosplaying the Bride Witch from Left 4 Dead 2, The Passing.
For those who don't know, the witch is a special infected (zombie) who cries in the game and doesn't run up to attack you directly. She only attacks when you startle her, which is easily done.
She tackles you to the ground and rips at you with her claws :3
The cracked heart is because she is a sad, sad witch. There is only one bride witch in the game :3
