In Their Own Words: As soon as I saw the Cosplay Contest, I knew who I was going to attempt. Rini/Chibi-usa is from Sailor Moon, an anime that I grew up watching and still love now. The main difficulty was getting the colours to match correctly, and the issue of no tiara. To rectify this, I added the Mark of Luna, since Rini is the daughter of the Princess of the Moon, Serenity. Her fringe is hiding it, though. The black cat is supposed to symbolise Luna, one of the two cat guardians to the Moon Princess.

In Their Own Words: "Anata no negai... kanaemashou?"
This is Yuuko from anime and manga series xxxHOLiC, or maybe you guys can know her from Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE.
For the clothing, I tried to find a kimono that would suit her, since Yuuko, besides of using normal 'ocidental' clothes, loves wearing kimonos as well (and she has lots of them, really beautiful!)
The parasol is also something that she uses in some of the episodes.
The "Mori Spirits" are used to give her a 'supernatural' air, since she deals with spirits, strange creatures and folk tales in the episodes.
The makeup was used because my avatar still has my 'zombie' disease, which I don't want to get rid of, and Yuuko has an almost pale skin.
And for the ground, I tried to find something like Cherry Blossoms, but I couldn't. So, I used this item that is a little beautiful and matches Yuuko's house a little.

In Their Own Words: I chose Alice (Milla Jovovich) from Resident Evil:Extinction for my cosplay. I tried to match her constant outfit from the movie as best I could.

In Their Own Words: The character is Simon from the anime series Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. This is the outfit he wears during the final battle of the series.
The stars were used to represent a quote that was used throughout the series, that it was Simon's destiny to "pierce the heavens", while the beach shows the surface which Simon and his friends fought hard to protect.
