In Their Own Words: This is Alice Margatroid from the Touhou Project series. She was once a human being, but was transformed into a humanoid youkai (Japanese folk creature) after becoming extremely adept at magic. A bit of a loner, she lives in a small house in the middle of a forest, where she studies many different kinds of spells. She is also a doll-maker, and spends a lot of her time creating and taking care of her dolls. The dolls act as her companions, as she likes to animate them with her magic and control them to perform different tasks around the household.
I've never actually been so attached to a character from a specific fandom before. But when I learned about Alice, I absolutely fell in love with her personality, story, and design. I'm very proud to represent her, and I want to thank you for considering her cosplay!

In Their Own Words: I'm cosplaying as Badou from the manga called DOGS: Bullet and Carnage. My character's full name is Badou Nails and is a chain smoking, freelance journalist and photographer. Badou has long red hair and wears an eye-patch. His mood directly corresponds to the availability of cigarettes and the level of nicotine in his blood. He can swing from extreme elation to murderous violence. In the manga, he uses a pair of Ingram MAC-10 machine pistols.

In Their Own Words: Fran from Final Fantasy XII
"Fran is a playable character in Final Fantasy XII. She is a Viera and is Balthier's partner aboard his airship, the Strahl. Fran is the only non-Hume character in the main cast. Her title is "Master of Weapons", as Viera are known for their extraordinary craftsmanship, grace, and intellect. Fran herself is also a skilled mechanic, being in charge of maintaining the Strahl."
