The new ticket admin is done!



There isn't much to seperate from the old one, except that there isn't a WHOLE PAGE of closed tickets. However, I hope to add more to it. (also, times have been added to the original ticket, and comments)



Note: There is one change. That is that certain staff levels can access certain level of tickets. For example, only user admins and up can access the Bugs. (because what is an artist going to do about a bug?) Most of the categorys however, are avaible to all staff.



Any suggestions, would be helpful.
