Hey again, buddy. I’ve hit a bit of a hitch in our plan - I can’t find Master-r-r Skelly anywher-r-re. I’ve called him a dozen times and asked ar-r-r-round, and it seems that no one has seen him in months! I even tr-r-ried to visit unannounced, but the gate was locked up tight.
I know he’s r-r-reclusive, but you don’t think something could have happened to him, do you? Come meet me and we can talk more about this.
Note: A option to 'skip' games is now available. If you skip a game, you will not get end-of-event prizes related to winning that game!

I seem to be stuck in skelly manor. I understand we're supposed to find a book or something but I've scoured all the rooms and clicked on everything I seem to be able to click on and I still can't find anything.
Is there any way to skip battling the Goohund? Because none of my pets are battle-capable (and I really don't like battle/fight/arena type mechanics anyway, I'm always disappointed when they're a mandatory part of an event)
@xoxo777 Were you able to resolve this? This happened to me too, because I forgot to make sure my pet was fed before doing the step. After feeding my pet I was able to get to the challenger through the regular Colosseum "Challenge an Opponent" page (it never showed up on the event page, even after refreshing). Not sure if this is the problem you're having, but you could give it a try. :)
I echo @Teagan as I would like to know too. Would someone on staff please clarify if all cumulative achievements must be earned before the end of the event.

Can't pass level 15 of the Private Attach game, I have tried many many times. Does anyone know if this will affect the final result of this event? Or this is just another achievement that I can do it later after the event.

is there a confirmation on skipping games? I don't want to accidentally skip when I never planned on skipping. I reckon anyone else who are able to play the games wouldn't want to accidentally skip either.
I come back from a break to a new event with a new NPC that hits every aesthetically pleasing character trait I can think of that I absolutely adore. He even has vitiligo. He's pale with black hair AND has noticeable vitiligo. Look at this babby. He stutters. He's adorable.

Also, it would've been handy if that had been available in the boat thing too. The timed race drove me nuts and the controls I simply couldn't handle, got stuck on the rocks every time. Excruciatingly annoying. xD Ah well. Thanks!

You don't have to collect the windchime. Just avoid the wreckage and the enemies and get to the boat as fast as you can.
Idk everyone complaining about how hard these games are... they're really not. You're not always going to get everything right away. Keep trying until you get it, and move on. The plot isn't very fast-paced, there's plenty of time to do it.

So glad of the 'skip' option. Not that I didn't want the achievements, I'm just so useless at arrow games. I tried more than a dozen times and couldn't even complete the wind chimes. :(
wtf was so hard about the boat game that everyone is freaking out about? Didn't you just have to go through the path to the end? What am I missing??? I'm not good at any games but it was...hardly even a game...

Can I use this opportunity to say I'm real fookin peeved that I'm not grey yet? It's from a random event right? But why doesn't it come???? I swear to god if I miss something because of this the consequences will never be the same
OK, I'm apparently way behind because I attempted the nefarious boat game. I finally had to skip it, because although it was explained in comments when the game was announced, I never did see the option to change to mouse, like I see with the Pirate Panic game. I definitely appreciate that feature, but it would be so nice for it to "remember" my choice, and not make me do it every game. I lose precious time that way. I guess that's the point?
I'm seeing that there are achievements for exploring Skelly Manor...do we have to finish the Pirate Panic game before we're allowed to do that? Going to Skelly Manor right now, with PP unfinished, just shows me what I received for the Morostide plot. So we have to finish or skip, to get to that part? I only ask because I didn't get all of the achievements for Grave Digger, but I was able to move on to the boat game without skipping GD.

I like the references to last year's Moroside (Morostide? I don't know how to spell it) plot. I'm glad I took part in it now.

I STILL can't get the first game to load. Couldn't get last year's street game to load, either (it still doesn't). I have tried literally everything - updating my browser, adblock off, clearing my cache, restarting my browser, restarting my laptop, tried FOUR DIFFERENT BROWSERS (firefox, chrome, opera, AND ie), and nothing. Pretty sure I'm doomed not to participate in this year's event, either.

Loved that we got to do some battling! I trained up Raiden during the earlier part of this year, and he was just itching for some action!
Also, that maze is STILL FUN! Kinda forgot that you could attack the creepy crawlies at first but remembered how to do so after a few tries. Music really set the mood well too!

The "Mouse-click" didn't work for me on the cannon game. And I use Chrome. I refuse to download another browser just to play a game that should work in all browsers in the first place! I can't do the arrows and space bar so well nor do I have time to figure out how to perfect it. I would've liked to have used the mouse option, if it freaking worked. >C

honestly i never participate in battling because i'm horrible at it, but i've decided to start giving it a shot because, heck, my pet frosix actually has halfway decent stats (~200 in everything, a little less in speed; no i didn't train him myself, i adopted him because he was a cool experiment and was shocked to realize that i had miraculously snagged a tier 3 pet which, for me, was unheard of). and, well, 12 hp? i can handle that. so i fought the thing ten times.
Thank you for the (small) battle challenge! I absolutely loved that and the maze. I want to play that over and over LOL

I have no pets to select for the battle.. Do they need to be fed? I'm not a battler so I don't know much about them
For all games other than the first boat, they can be played on puffin browser with the arrows/mouse.

Yay I can (somewhat) participate in the plot now! I do like how there are aspects of the plot I can complete, like the battle and exploring the manor. It's kind of a shame I still have to skip over all the games because I can't play them on my phone, but it's definitely better than being left out of the plot entirely.

Gah FINALLY I got a comp lent to me by family. It took ages to load the game but at least Im past it. I just hope if we have to battle, its like past years where you can get far in the plot with out having to. I dont bother to battle or train. It bores me.
I feel like it's good that you're giving the option to skip the games! (Although I personally haven't had too much trouble getting through them, aside from these dang ghosts for that one Ghostfacer achievement is taking forever.) I was just thinking recently that it was kind of unfortunate some of them could prove really difficult to people and that that would cause them to not be able to continue, so this is a good option!

Thank you staff for the skip boat game option. That's all I needed because I just couldn't get through it. I'm perfectly happy not getting the prizes, etc. associated with that step, I'm just happy I was able to complete the rest and look forward to Connor needing help again.

With all the "defeat/find X amount of Y" achievements we've been getting out of this plot, I'm pretty surprised there isn't one for defeating X amount of the Goo Hund.

I'm out of town until Monday and would rather not skip the game but since I only have access to a tablet and phone at the moment I also don't want to leave this incomplete...I wish there was at least one game that could be played on a phone/tablet (although these games are great) :/
Is there something that happens after the Pirate Panic! game? I played it and got to level 9... is there a certain level you have to get to before you can move on, without skipping the game?

I don't have links to enter unless its for prizes and my battling page is messed up as well as my hp is gone for no reason. I wasn't going to be able to do anything prob battle but I was still going to try?

I loved this plot step. A little bit of battling, a little bit of treasure hunting, a little bit of gaming. GREAT JOB!!!
That was the easiest and quickest set of activities so far. I'm glad I decided to "train" a "battle pet" so I wouldn't have much problem when these things happen. Also I'm never one to read instructions (shocking I know) so it took me 5 or 6 deaths to realize I could kill the pests by hitting the space bar.

The battler is small but that Goohund feeds my pet's need to have miniature versions of those she's bested trapped in her collection forever.
Being able to skip the games I can't get past would be nice. The boat one is kicking my butt. :( I keep running out of time.

Oh, and the book moves every few seconds if you don't reach it. Mine eventually moved right next to the door, so you could just wait there for it if you're patient.

If you're not finding Skelly Manor, go to Shadowglen and click on the Pumpkin Patch. The link is there when you load that page.
It should also be noted that the book does move to a different spot after a while.

When you get to the maze game in Jaxon's basement... it appears to randomly generate a map, so you can refresh if the one you get is practically impossible to navigate without getting hit by the things over and over >_> The second map I got was really easy. Get the book and then walk back to the door to finish the game.
If I can't fight this thing am I done with the plot? Because I don't do any battling at all and that's really going to suck :c
