Honestly I am about to make it so that only I can use the bug tracker. When 'bugs' like "I get the Directed from the wrong page error when doing ___" gets put on HIGH priority (when its a commonly known bug that has to do wtih teh users firewall, not subeta, anyone whos ever read the FAQ or newbie board would know that) it makes me sad.

I do the ones I feel confident with. Regarding that "directed to the wrong place" one I actually mentioned it to Cara the other week as I was surprised to see it had gone through as a bug.

I probably should pay more attention to the bug tracker in general, but I do agree that it's probably a good idea to see who is mislabeling the bugs so that you can re-educate them. <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0>

Yes, I know, there were a few that I went I can't do this and left for an AA or Admin. I wasn't complaining, just saying that I didn't realize the one in Contact Us wasn't functional. Otherwise I would have been there every day too.

I know Debila, im sorry, ive been slacking with the tickets. I'm going to start answering them again. I just got so tired of answering the same over and over whilst they could just look in the FAQ. And then when there was one I couldnt answer and tried to get help from those who could (ie theres one in there now that needs their profiles cleared. Only person who can do it is an admin, and I told Steen and she passed it on to Cyde and Keith and neither cleared it)

I put that as "Not A Bug" when I do them and tell them it's usually their firewall. I leave the Cult ones because I personally can't replicate those, and I test any game related ones, like the Balloon game, which did the same thing for me when I tried it, so I put it at Medium, I think. What we need is an option to change the ones that were misclassified by others to "Not an actual bug" rather than fixed or being worked on, so that they can be removed from the list. I did fifty tickets yesterday or the day before; they evidently hadn't been done in over two weeks for the most part, and the few that were completely done hadn't been closed so I closed those. (I didn't know that the Tickets part above the Bug Tracker just wasn't working so I had assumed that there were none until I randomly checke it from the Admin panel. I check the Bug Tracker twice a day and the tickets once a day now.

Why not have it so the bug tracker states the staff member who labels the bug? Or have it so just a few of us can label them. I forget the tracker is there sometimes and I usually just handle the tickets but when I remember I usually delete 10 or so as non bugs.
