Longtime Member Achievement Updated!
Edit: Remember that the border is tied to the achievement 'Subeta Anniversary Border'. You receive the border itself once you get that achievement and hit the 'star' on it.

I keep getting a server error after I click the page link from the page before that lets me know that avatar boarders page have moved. I can't even go see it. Anyone else having this problem?
Checking & I see that both @PiinkSparkles (you) & Cuppy both have the Achievement already.
So, I would suggest going to the Achievement & making sure that you've clicked the star underneath of the Achievement, it will display the text, before checking your borders again.
Wait a day &, if you have made certain that you've clicked the star, you still do not have the border unlocked?
File a Ticket (Subeta tab, Tickets.) & let Staff know that you got the Achievement before, but did not unlock the border, & it's not unlocking for you now. If you're having an issue with this? Other users may be too & Staff needs to know that through the proper channels.

The News Post notes that you have to make sure that you trigger the Achievement by checking it & clicking the star icon underneath. It returns every year to be unlocked by people who don't already have it on the Anniversary & is available until the end of the month as well.
* Just in case, for anyone else who reads this, please also note that the balloon border has nothing to do with the "Longtime Member" achievement.
Anyway. I already have it unlocked, but I believe that the steps were something like this. If you have some issue by going directly to the pages noted? Please try navigating to them instead.
1. Go visit Raffles at the Ruffie Raffle. (Hover Subeta tab, Explore, Delphi, Carnival, Ruffie Raffle.)
1b. You don't need to do this (as noted by Amber here), but why not buy a Ticket by clicking one on the page & receive your daily Lifelike Doll?
2. Go to your Achievements page. (Hover Personal tab, Achievements.)
3. From there, search for "Subeta Anniversary Border" via the Search on the upper left. Doing so will bring up the "Subeta Anniversary Border" Achievement.
4. Click or tap the star underneath to display the text "Cosmetic: Subeta Anniversary" The star should look something like this example:
5. Navigate to any other page on Subeta & the achievement should pop. Ex. Go to the News page.
Now, you should have it! Which means that you can select "Subeta Anniversary" from your Borders to use the fun little kumos color balloons border. (Hover Personal tab, Wardrobe. Personal dropdown (at the top), Cosmetics.) Once you have it unlocked? It stays unlocked on your account forever. You do not need to unlock it every year or anything.
Hope that's all correct because I don't know anyone to test it on. haha.

If we ever get an upgrade or update to our user pages it would be nice to have some little art or icon to show off which anniversary we have achieved. Optionally of course, not everyone would want to show their age.
I have 2 months until I get to 20 years, although I've been using Subeta for longer. I can't remember why the site restarted at some point. Times flies doesn't it :) Well done team Subeta!

I'm pretty sure you just need to visit. If you already got it last year, you shouldn't need to get it again. If all of your borders are showing as locked, Ryuu has posted an alternative link a bit further down (or try refreshing or navigating back to the page through the wardrobe instead).

"Member For 15 years, 3 weeks, 5 days". Have a few more years yet.
And the borders were all locked for me also so had to go back in & out to get them to re-unlock. Forgot I had this border.

What does this new tier of the "longtime member" achievement mean? When we get to our 20-year aniversary, we receive a one-time special chance to choose a different reward? That for twenty years and beyond, there are always more choices when you open the loyalty totem/box?
Well, I am still about 9 months away from 2 years, but I'm keepin' on =) I didn't even know about the site till a week before I joined, awesome how many people have been on since the beginning (or close)!

Refresh the page or try navigating back to it. Doing both of those has solved my borders incorrectly showing as locked the couple times I've had that happen.
Alternatively, you can try using this page instead, if reloading or refreshing doesn't work for some reason.

The borders are all locked for me, even the one I have active. I know that I have earned ones that are locked, and I can not get into them.
18 years (and 1 day). I could've sworn my account was older but I guess I just blend the years watching my sibling play into it as well.
Like a lot of others I was around when Subeta first became a site 😁 Sadly it was so long ago that I had forgot my old name and pass 😆 So I'm only over 8yrs on my only account now.

I feel you, I forgot my old account, but was able to retrieved it (changed the name since) I only gave the info that I could remember at the time and was able to access it. I was really happy.

I think i made an account even earlier on, as a wee tween, but forgot all about the site and never remembered the name or email used 😔 Whomst else remembers the halcyon days when your oekaki board friends would eagerly tell you about this new webbed site with such high praise as "it's like n**pets but you can say gay"

whoo, 18 years, baby! I joined when Subeta was just under 2! Maaan have I seen the site grow and change!
I don't think people realise that it just to be up to date for the achievement when people go up to 20 years on Subeta, you have one every year ^_^ (it's the same it was juste update to be up to the new year add to the website <3)
most of us are LM, sad that only we got after 20 years. only if u here from the beginning you got it. but is ok. ty for the cute balloons
