I'd just like to remind artists that there is a quota.

We do enforce this quota, and had to remove 4 artists from the staff this month. These were artists who have been under-quota for two+ months.

This is just a warning. If you didn't do a quota this month, you won't be paid. (So when some of you notice you didn't get $30 for those 12 items you did, sorry.)

Next month (January) we are toying with the idea of raising the quota, but also raising the payment by $10 for artists. (UAs+ will stay the same)

I know its possible, cause I did 25 items in 4 days. So enless your a full time student/worker there really isn't any reason you can do at least 23 items.

I say this, cause I work 23-35 hours a week AND go to class 15-18 hours a week (Which is 38-53 hours of not at home being able to draw time a week.)

Well. Whilst I've found time to do between 30 - 60 items the past two months... I start uni again in Feb/March.. so iunno what'll happen with my productivity level then.

But like. I understand that Subeta is a business, and if its employees are being paid for their work, they need to actually do their work. So there'll be no spite from me if I have to be removed in future for lack of productivity. :3

And.. I dunno how I feel about the raising the quota/pay thing as of yet.. since sure, while I'm on holidays, i can easily pump out 45 items in three days.. but during university semesters.. eh.. I dunno. xD

Raising the quota doesn't seem like a big deal, seeing as there are plenty of avatar clothes to be made, and those are worth more than regular items... right? :'D
