Battle Updates
Major Battle Updates!
First, Reischen has set up shop on the sandy Delphi Beach, and is interested in seeing how your pets fare in battle! He will ask you to challenge a specific opponent and if you defeat that opponent quickly enough he'll give you a handsome reward in the return!
Second, we've updated the loot in opponents. Some opponents have a special piece of loot (The Lucent from Saggitarius for example) which will drop after you defeat them 5 times. They will all drop new loot tokens which you can spend in the battle shop! More items (and tiers of modification crystals) will be appearing in the Battle Shop in the future.
So what are you waiting for? Head into battle now!

Came back to see Robo-ky's Flame of Red Rreign cape isn't preforming like it used to <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" /> Man, he really relied on that weapon. Anybody know whether or not the other Red Rreign weapons got cut back on healing also?
Also, people keep asking for more Medium Challengers? <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_raspberry.gif" border="0" /> A ton of them are Medium now! It looks like a lot of the opponents got down-sized in their difficulty marking. So, maybe you guys speaking of "medium" challengers are actually going to be stuck at the "easy" ones for a while now, lol XD
But anyway, it's cool, thanks Subeta <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> Just gotta train him harder and have him get back to the level he was, and above it too - I wanna get him those Baguette crystals for his Lucent! <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

Hmmm... out of 20 opponents (quests) I fought 14 of them successfully (I gave up 3 times with Sagittarius, twice with Prodigy V2.1 and once with Wyrmgear... my pet was not strong enough for any of them) and I only got 2 easy tokens.
Is there a speed factor in this, the faster you fight the opponents the more chance of getting the tokens? If that is the case I wouldn't be too happy... my computer is old and slow, and my server is not high speed (and no we CAN'T afford to upgrade so please don't suggest I "just" get a new one). Kind of like I know I'll never get the Wizard Quest achievement for under 10 seconds. Not going to happen.

I like this a lot, and I'm looking forward to seeing what new items crop up in the loot point shop.
One thing I'm curious about is how the value of the weapon prizes is scaled. Is it purely by speed or is it scaled depending on how hard the opponent was?

I'm experiencing an error. I'm not getting any loot tokens, and all the opponents show I have fought them 0 times. I fought 2 with a quest and 2-3 without a quest. Plus I've fought many of them before.

please make medium challengers. also it said I got a very hard token, but I guess it wont show me having one till there is something/s to trade for em in the shop

When you a completing quests, it does NOT count towards your fight tally... If you want your tally to change, you have to fight them on your own, not as part of the Battle Quest.

This is fun. Glad I train all my pets. But they're not getting any loot from the battles so far since they've already beaten most of the opponents 10 before this. This is a good chance to try the new Infinite I just got yesterday.

I should add that the "counter" doesn't increase when you defeat the opponent for a quest. That's why it makes much more sense. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

It has changed.
You now don't get credit for doing both the quest and killing the opponent. Which makes more sense ... those quests could get to be pretty darn hard after time! <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

Bad: 5 times? Geez.
Bad: Stop asking me to beat Nightshade! I had that opponent, lost it in the battle revamp, and CANNOT get it back. I've refreshed for hours now.

Cool <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> Just got a quest to try and defeat Ice King though so that was one quest wasted. Perhaps random event battle opponents shouldn't be included.
