Just wanted to echo what everyone else has already said and thank you, Keith, and all of the Subeta staff! That was really unexpected and so nice! Happy Holidays!

Thank you so much! One of the things that always has and always will keep me on this site is how much the staff really makes users feel appreciated; both large scale like this and on a smaller scale in interactions on the forums or when making a ticket. There have definitely been times in the past where frustration has been high and it has been hard for staff to be immediately forthcoming about site issues but it does seem that they are always at least trying even as they are still figuring things out themselves. It really makes the frustrating times more bearable and the awesome events and holidays even sweeter knowing how much work goes into the site.

Now this is the best thank you EVER!!!! ♥️ Thank you for than king us in this way! :D
