Time passing, I can't stop it. I need to do so many things, I'll just tackle them one at a time…oh no, I overslept. Okay, well, there's no time for breakfast. I'll skip that other thing. I'm going to miss the boat! Do I have my passport? I needed more time to pack. I didn't get to the dock on time and now I'm rushing and maybe it was a sign, because now the boat is sinking and I didn't pack my swimsuit and who will look after my chelon?

I'll start my project in just a few minutes, first I just have to check my phone. I'll just reply to these texts, I'll just watch this video. I'll start after dinner, I'll start when my family goes to sleep so the house is quiet.

Ack, I can relate! For me, time is constantly slipping through my fingers like sand. I can also relate to the procrastination and the need to do as much as I can in one day. And don't get me started on having to race the clock everyday!
That's scarily real, especially for anxiety. It really sucks to realize you've been fruitlessly counting how many hours and minutes you'll sleep if you would juST GO TO SLEEP NOW but your thoughts won't stop and you worry and worry and worry andowryrrryy,

Oh wow, this got a little too real for me too. On top of ADHD and anxiety compounding on me to create bad time management and procrastination, I've also been acutely feeling like I'm wasting my life away lately. It's nice to know I'm not alone, reading these comments, but yikes man... It's a scary feeling.

Oh, this is my husband's reality. His OCD is focused around time and the passing of it. This made me panicky just reading it; I'm so thankful that I don't experience this fear.
