@Rathoren this is an old item (specifically it's a tribute to the fansite Neocolours IIRC, the name even used to be "Colourful Gemstone" but I guess it got changed for w/e reason?) so I assume it's just being re-released to keep the price down as sometimes happens with free gifts?
