Suddenly a clawed foot struck Devidramon's face. Recoiling in pain, he let the Digimon go. It landed on the ground with a thud and was motionless. Then disappeared in a cloud of golden data. Devidramon whirled around in fury. His tail lashed back and forth, destroying even more of the village while he looked for his attacker. His roar was earth shaking and the surviving Agumon were frightened out of their hiding places. But the easy meals were of no concern to him anymore. Someone had to pay for their insolence.

"Crimson Claw!" There was only a flutter of wings before Devidramon's entire head was grasped by fiery talons. He screamed as his head begun to burn and he felt himself being raised into the air. He begun to thrash wildly, his muscular wings beating against his opponent. His tail curved upwards and he felt its sharp curved ends dig into the attackers leg. There was a scream, followed by absolute pain. The talons dug deeper into Devidramon's head and now clawed feet were raking against his sides.

"Devidramon, you are banished from this world for the destruction and pain that you have caused." A beautiful voice called out. The evil dragon Digimon still couldn't see because the claws were covering his eyes. But he thrashed more and grunted threats of death and worse for whoever was holding onto him. He could tell that they were high above the ground because the air was chilly. What Digimon was strong enough to carry them this high?

"Coward! Tell me who you are and let me fight you like a real Digimon!"

"I am Garudamon."

The clawed hand released his face and Devidramon was suddenly falling. They were miles above ground and he struggled to open his wings in his terror. He whirled around and saw Garudamon. She was a giant Digimon with eyes that shone like the sun. Her braided hair hung down to her waist and her hands dripped of his data. Finally opening his wings, he prepared for his counter attack. Opening his disgusting maw, he felt the charge of his Dragon's Roar begin to gather. He was falling too quickly and soon he'd be out of range. But he didn't have to worry for long.

"Shadow Wing." Devidramon would never know what attack had killed him. The speeding inferno consumed him and he didn't even have time to scream. His data floated upwards towards Garudamon. She fluttered backwards and avoided all contact with it.
