Other Tidbits:
-- He's addicted to sex, alcohol and smoking. His loved ones are trying to help him break these addictions but he's having a hard time doing so.
-- He's quiet a violent person. He tends to always solve problems with violence. It's only recently (after meeting his two soulmates) that he's learning to handle things without resorting to violence, most of the time.
-- He walks a fine line between sanity and insanity. This is because of the dark power he holds is to much for his mind to take. So when he gets really upset or angry he tends to loose himself but he usually recovers. But his loved ones fears that on time he might not come back from it, that they will loose him to insanity forever.
-- He has decided to "fire" Demon as his steed. Demon is always refusing to take him into battle or just running away from it. He's had enough. So he adopted a baby ground dragon, which will only be slightly bigger then a horse. He named it Marek and is raising him to be his war steed. What fear it will strike into peoples hearts to be riding into battle on the back of a dragon.
-- Solyn was his first love. They trained together when they were young, were the best of friends and ended up falling in love. Soon they were to be married. But an assassin sent by one of his own men and best friends. But he believed that Amar was the one who sent the assassin, learning much later who really did it. Now with Scythe having moved on and made a new life, Solyn returns from the dead (with the help of Amar). Scythe is happy and heartbroken about this. Happy to see his friend alive again and heartbroken because he must now break Solyn's heart.
-- He was once the Prince of Vampires and the head of their army. He strive to be better then Rip and hoped one day to take out his father. But after he lost Solyn, he broke his ties with the Vampires and left to be a lone warrior.
-- After Scythe lost Solyn and before he met Lute and Talexia, he had a run in with Willow (Alicorn's mom) and Alicorn. Things happened and he ended up living with them. As time went, he ended up falling in love with Willow and thought they might have a life together. But one evening he came home to find her murdered. He blamed Amar for it, figuring his father was trying to ruin his happiness. He would of kept Alicorn to raise if it wasn't for her father stepping in and taking her home with him. So again Scythe was alone, thinking it would be better if he stayed alone.
A Bit About Vampires: The vampires of Gaira have the ability to go out into the sunlight. But they can't stay out in it for to long, because it weakens them and makes them feel sick. To protect them and make them able to roam their lands, Amar used his magic to put permanent grey clouds over the vampire lands. Because of the lack of sun they pretty much have no colour at all. They also need blood to survive, males need more blood in a day then females do. They can live a long time but as time goes on their body slowly withers and becomes frail. They also have the ability to use shadow magic but not all to strong. Only the ones directly descended from Amar have the strongest of magic and age the slowest.
