Nana's Muffins

A Homemade Pecan Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:
♥️ 1 Cup Brown Sugar
♥️ 1/2 Cup Flour
♥️ 1 TSP Vanilla
♥️ 2 Eggs
♥️ 1 Stick Melted Butter (or Margarine)
♥️ 1/8 TSP Salt
♥️ 2 Cups Chopped Pecans (optional)

Instructions:
"Mix together and beat for a few minutes with mixer.
Grease muffin tins and put about 1/3rd cup in each muffin cup.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees."

A dedication to my Nana, who passed away in 2021.
She was a wonderful, loving part of my life for 27 years,
and I am thankful for every second that I was able
to spend with her.

I asked my Nana to share her recipe with me,
which she handwrote and gave to me about one month
before she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.
This recipe was the last handwritten item she gave to me,
and I treasure it dearly.

The recipe and instructions are a direct transcript of
the handwritten note that was given to me. ♥️
