Something of an older brother to the rest of the Bishop family, Syco loves being relied on and told that there's somewhere he can lend a hand. There's no one he's particularly close to, but he doesn't consider that a failure of his own, he just considers it part of the business and loves the rest of them equally. This love isn't frequently returned, however, as although he enjoys helping out, he's not particularly good at it. He's constantly on high alert and is prone to freaking out; making him a bit of a loose cannon.

What he lacks in ability to keep a cool head he makes up for in having a series of skills that enhance his work on the field. Employed as a salesman, he's a fast talker, a people soother, and able to upcharge anyone while selling things they never wanted. He's also decently popular with women, able to seduce most strangers with little to no effort; keyword being strangers. He doesn't mind that he's most palatable to strangers though; he doesn't want his work to get bogged down by any serious commitments.
