Eldr

A rogue eldþurs bull met in the Swedish wilds post-Ragnarǫk, curiously once before encountered by Sarvek’s mother Hrímnir when hostaged in Ásgarðr.

Upon the first meeting, of Eldr, Sarvek was inexplicably distrustful and took caution of him, dubious of his alleged goodwill. Notwithstanding of his cynicism, the young hrímþurs Eldr treated only ever respectfully, much as his mother before him, yet, this entailed a particular estrangement as Sarvek himself beheld the two desirously of each other, which ultimately resulted in daughters with which left him increasingly displeased and distant, estranging mother and son. Hrímnir viewed Eldr through a lens of love, which left her blind to what Sarvek sensed in the eldþurs, and deaf to his words of warning.

Never did Sarvek with Eldr grow bonded nor accepted him for a stepfather, and only ever kept vigilant to his deceptions, putting halt to those he had power to. His challenge of authority invisibly affected Eldr—for better or for worse remained to be known.
