I wish Winter was in a better mood. He looks a bit grumpy or perturbed. Better add to his treasure soon or get him some friends who can stand arctic breezes. And lots and lots of ice and snow. And cold. Not to mention the frigid nights and below zero temperatures. At least we have the brilliant stars above. And the Northern Lights. We can spread out a thick blanket on one of the glaciers and light a bonfire and stare up at the stars and make wishes on each and every one. And then we will count the constellations and name each one as friend. Look up Winter, there's Cassiopeia! And Sagittarius! Then we'll fall asleep making wishes. The fire burns low and I cover up the little glacier Celinox as he drifts away to dreamland. I wonder what he's dreaming about. Maybe the snowman we will build tomorrow. We can decorate it with frosted twinkling lights and blue mittens and after that maybe do some ice fishing. Or ski over to the neighboring iceberg and look for food. There's not much else to do with all this ice and snow. Perhaps we will construct an igloo next. He will need a safe place to store his treasure after all. Oh, look, there's a sled heading this way and it's piled high with Winter's treasure! What a huge mound...it's a wonder that sled can move. But there are seven sturdy looking glacier Chai's pulling it. "Shhh", I say..."don't wake Winter. We will make a surprise". Here come the Rreign's now. And some Anyu's. I think they want to help build the igloo. "Okay, boys! Let's get busy! Thanks for offering to help. The faeries will make sure he doesn't wake. Don't worry...make all the noise you need". By dawn the igloo was finished. We stocked it full of surprises for Winter. He will be so pleased and filled with wonder at the arrival of all his new friends who labored through the cold night to build him a such a beautiful warm and snugly place to stay.
